All users of technology, Windows or Mac or Iphone or Android are moving towards two factor authentication.
We will need to adopt this technology, especially those using e-transfers/

1) On your phone Go to App store or Playstore and download and install MIcrosoft Authenticator.
2) When you are logging into your Outlook email, and get asked to set up  authentication, do not say skip, select next instead.
3) Follow the prompts.
4) Once set up when you are accessing your email you will get a pop up on your phone asking you to copy the numbers onto your screen.
5) That will complete the authentication process.
6) Repeat the authentication whenever the pop up occurs.
