1.	Use Google account to download your old gmails:

	Use your browser to login into your gmail account
	select the 9 dots icon
	select account
	select data and privacy
	scroll down to download your data
	deleselect all
	Select only email
	scroll to bottom and click Next Step
	Click create export
	You can close this window and return to your Outlook
	When the file is ready you will get an email saying you can download it.
	Go ahead and download it to your pc.
	Open the file and select extract all.
	Set the destination to be your download folder

2.	Convert the file from Gmail (mbox format) to Outlook (pst) format:
	
	Install A2Z mbox to pst converter (get file from Hal or the web)
	http://www.a2zmigrations.com/dl/mbox-to-pst-converter.exe
	Install the file.
	Open A2Z mbox to pst converter
	Add file, find your unzipped mbox file , select it.
	Export as a pst, note its location in your PC


3.	Import your old emails
	Open real Outlook.exe app on pc, not web version (Outlook.com)
	Login to your account xxxxxx@eana.ca  as a user
	Import the pst file
	Manually sort the files into various subfolders
