Registration Process

Registration is a three step process:

  1. Complete the form below and submit.
  2. E-transfer the total amount to the conventiontreasurer@eana.ca email address. All sales are final.
  3. After we have received both your completed registration form and your e-transfer, we will email you a confirmation of payment and registration along with your ticket number.

Despite this being an anonymous program, it would be helpful if you provided us with your full first and last name because there are many people with identical first name and last initial.

Registration Type
Full Package includes Registration, Speakers, Workshops, Saturday Dinner, Sunday Breakfast, Karaoke, and Comedian.

Basic Registration Includes Registration, Speakers, and Workshops.

Early Bird Tickets Until April 30
The 1st 100 Full Package Registration tickets sold will receive a swag gift bag and priority access to the merchandise room on Friday from 5:00 - 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 - 9:00 AM.
Registration Add-ons
These add-ons are included in the Full Package already.

After you submit the registration form, please e-transfer to conventiontreasurer@eana.ca 

All sales are final. 

After we have received your e-transfer, we will send you a confirmation of your registration.

If you submit a registration form, you have 24 hours to send an e-transfer, otherwise your registration will be cancelled.

Hotel Special Rates

Graze Restaurant

Restaurant meals are NOT INCLUDED in the EANA Convention packages. They are, however, offering the following special rates. You can also order off their regular menu at their stated regular prices.

  • Friday Dinner 5:00 pm-7:00 pm $23.95 
  • Saturday Breakfast 7:00 am-10:00 am $18.95 
  • Saturday Lunch 11:30 am-1:30 pm $18.95
